Picpoul
This latest Picpoul comes from Fenaughty Vineyard in El Dorado, a site known for its elevation and bright, high-energy fruit. The wine shows the variety’s naturally high acidity and vibrant character, with lifted aromas of pineapple, melon, citrus peel, and white flowers, layered over a subtle saline minerality.
On the palate, it is linear, fresh, and precise, driven by crisp citrus and golden apple tones with hints of honeysuckle and bright lemon. The texture is clean and focused, finishing with a mouthwatering, saline edge that keeps it energetic and highly drinkable.
Made from sustainably farmed fruit and crafted in a direct-to-press approach, followed by native primary and secondary fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve purity, tension, and freshness. The result is a pure expression of Picpoul—bright, structured, and dangerously delicious!
